FlowHaxa looked finished. Underneath, two copies of the site competed for the same rankings, six images loaded from someone else's servers, and mobile PageSpeed sat at 65. Here's what one day of foundation work changed, including one bug that turned out not to exist.
TaxRefundSeed's four-stage framework — Maximize, Deploy, Start a Business, Self-Funding Loop — is genuinely good structure. Good structure and a finished product turned out to be two different things.
The work is intentionally imperfect. Some pages are experiments. Some are fixes. Some are milestones that only mattered because I was there when they happened. The value is in keeping the record connected to the actual projects.
